Return policy

At Milner Melbourne, we aim to keep every customer happy. Still, there are situations where you may want to return an item. Below you’ll find our return policy, explained clearly and fairly.

Conditions for Returns

  • You can only request a return after you have physically received your item.

  • All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, including international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition. All labels and tags must still be attached.

  • Trying an item on is allowed. Wearing it is not.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Register your return by emailing info@milnermelbourne.com within 14 days after receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier. This supplier is located in China.

  3. Send the item back at your own expense. This includes shipping and any customs costs.

  4. We strongly advise using a shipping method with track and trace for your own security.

Refunds

Once the item has arrived at the return address and has been checked and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. Refunds are always processed via the original payment method.

Liability

  • Milner Melbourne is not responsible for lost packages when tracking shows the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing the correct delivery address is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
